1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to return a product under the following circumstances:

a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a picture frame that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund, as per your preference.

b. Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong picture frame, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

c. Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product you ordered, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Please note that return shipping costs for a change of mind return will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

b. Provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if it’s damaged or defective (if applicable)

d. Securely package the item and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

e. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

3. Refund Process

For eligible returns, we offer the following options:

a. Refund: We will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

b. Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will send it to you as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Exemptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom or personalized frames unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Items returned without an RA number.
  • Items returned after the specified return period.
